Nope, its raining, so I pull the curtain back to see and...

Boom! I panicked, grabbed my beer and ran, then I thought, dammit, forgot my smokes...

Now I need a cocktail!

I am not out chasing storms..

I was in my hotel room smoking a fine Alamo cigar that THB gave me and watching this storm and hopping the power stays on so I could post this blog, hope you like it, I did, but everybody knows I love a storm, the earths wrath..

So, after the thunder and lightning, it rained...and rained

But Indi needed the rain and we didn't float away so all is good.
..these folks must have wanted something awful bad at K-Mart to drive through this...

There used to be a really beautiful building here, and I lived in it.
It was great, we would hang out on the steps, people would walk by and my dog tried to taste them.. good times...

This is also a memory, I wanted to post this pic because I thought nitemoves would get a kick out of it.

..now.. nitemoves, I did not take this piece of driftwood. First, because the city of Denver does not take kindly to removing stuff like this and second, because it probably weighs a ton. (even though it would look pretty cool outside my apartment).. cool though huh?

When I hear someone say Colorado, this is what "I" think of.
It reminds me of Colo-camping...

The weather was perfect.. at first, then it got hot.. and.. I mean hot, but it was golf, so it wasn't as bad as say.. work!

I had a great time golfing a new course in North Carolina, just thought I would share some pics, I have been home all week and I just didn't know what to do with myself.. and golf is always a good idea.

I have played on some golf courses that were.. well, challenging..but...

Now, I am going to put these pics in the order I took them...

Not only was The Meadows Golf Course beautiful, it was fun..


My buddy Rick, the guy that always lends me a guitar when I am in town, this time he lent me some clubs (that used to belong to his Dad)and then he took me to this course and I had a great time, thanks Rick!


The fairways and greens had a grass that I had never seen before, it looked like real tall bent grass..


The medium rough was like, get out the pitching wedge (and the biscuits and mustard, uh huh) for a strong stroke for a short pitch!!


Tunnel in a hill, what do you think THB?..


It was a beautiful place to be, and.. I was playing golf!


It was perfect weather, all the guys I was golfing with kept saying it was hot out, I thought it was some of the best weather I ever golfed in, bring it on, I say! Thank you sir, can I have another...
